Buyers who have special agreements with Sellers, as in different pricing or an additional product and service portfolio that is not yet offered via IBM B2B Commerce for Procurement, can receive direct offers from Sellers. If both parties, buyers and sellers, are members of IBM B2B Commerce for Procurement, the purchase orders will be marked as IBM B2B Commerce for Procurement transaction for reporting. This will be configurable as per the platform and it shall be mentioned in the T&C's for sellers and buyers of IBM B2B Commerce for Procurement.
